Are you Macaroni or Broccoli Casserole, Side items UNITE!

First and foremost! Merry Christmas folks! Been another grueling year, hate that I'm getting older. but its all good… On to the topic!

Green beans, mash potatoes, okra, corn, rice and french fries all have one thing in common. They are side pieces. They are not the main course. and no one eats them alone. Usually side pieces come in twos. So if you are cream spinach please understand their are some loaded mash potatoes somewhere. (Enough with the metaphors you say?)

The older I get the more I understand the side chick phenomena. I don't fully get it, but i understand. The part I don't get and may never understand is. You would rather be someones second place, or even third place. Instead of trying to get your own dude.  Now don't get me wrong this has been going on for eons. My Grandfather (as a lot of your grand fathers) had a side chick. but his side chick was a whole side family. I know a lot of you guys grand daddies who was taking care of whole families on the side, and the side woman knew her place quite well.

I will tell you this. A man will only do what you allow him to get away with. We will poke and prod, to see how far your leash is. If i can get away with murder let me see if i can get away with murder and grand larceny. If you check us on some things we know what you will and won't allow

Now if you allow me to sleep with you while I have a wife. Then you are already setting yourself up for me not to respect you. Will i take you out? No, Will I buy you gifts? No. Will i even care enough to spend the night lol NO! you set the rules when you let that man get you with out even trying.

Dear side women, id like to say this. He will never leave his main woman for you. Because the Main squeeze is the meat of the operation. You can eat a Hamburger and be ok. It fills you up, fries are just a filler. man can't live on fries alone sweetie.

Now how do we counteract all these years of oppression? Ladies how do we get you guys on the straight and narrow. every woman getting a man as if Oprah was giving them out (You get a man! You get a Man!)… First off you put on some lipstick, put on your most snug pants, slick your baby hair down and…. GET YOU A WHITE MAN!

The Odyssey of a Lonely Entity

Believe it or not, I have a kind heart (get it from my granny). I give what I can, and don't usually accept gifts very well.. My friends will tell you Im a good guy. But on the internet I sometimes come off as a douche or an asshole lol I can accept that. 

What people may not know is I give excellent advice. A lot of men and women come to me to get my take on different issues in their life. For the most part I keep to myself so I'm not really spreading their business. However with all this in light, a common theme or thread shows up in almost everyone I talk to. That is, We as humans were not made to be alone… 

A lonely heart will keep a women up all night, wondering what she did wrong, also will have a man sleep with countless women. The way we handle the situation is on the person. But loneliness is a big time factor in a lot of what we do as adults. Sometimes hindering our judgement, and putting us in vicarious situations.

I myself deal with this. I used to jump from relationship to relationship because I didn't want to be alone with my thoughts. So id get with a woman and when i was tired of her, id move to the next one.. I was the serial dater. I wasn't really a rolling stone, more like a tectonic plate. i wasn't moving fast but i was always moving and shifting. It took a while for me to understand as I got older that being in a relationship take time, and the more you put into it the more you get out. So that is what i did. 

I find as a man it is a lot easier to find someone to be with. Women almost place themselves at the alter to be sacrificed on men's behalf's. I don't really mind it. lol because I'm a guy. but i have really seen this take a toll on women. Especially the more successful black women. Who seem to blame weak men for them being single… Now before you jump on me successful black women riddle me this… Have you ever said to yourself. Men are too scared to deal with me, so they just deal with a hood chick with no educations with 5 kids on welfare… If you haven't said it. you know someone who has. I hear it all the time. To me this is a cop out. almost as bad as "The White man is holding me down"excuse. 

Do you stop and think maybe its something about the hood chicks with 5 kids that the guys may like? Is she fun, does she know how to cook, clean, rub egos and ride dick. Does she make him feel like a man. Does she make him feel like a king, and not a liability? Im not saying this is true. But she is bringing something to the table that you are not. A man will always chose his best fit. Believe it or not. Now me myself don't really deal with women with kids. So saying this to me gets you a quick side eye. But again I'm the advice giver in a lot of situations so i hear this on more than one occasion… 

The facts are black women out number black men (who are not gay or incarcerated) by a hefty margin… Maybe it is time for some of you black women to try the other flavors of the rainbow. Only because the odds aren't in your favor.

Now to my guys… Lol we already know we a mess… Ill tell you in a min I'm not perfect by about 99%. i got so many flaws i think they outweigh the good sometimes. Men are manipulators, users, and getoverers (so what i made up the word deal with it) Men seem to be in it for the thrill than the ride. But  we almost don't want to be alone so hard that we won't even get close to it. A lot of guys know a relationship is about over. and work on their "Next chick" before the old one is done. Guys who are honest with themselves would probably agree with me. 

Guys think with their dick about half the time when it comes to women. I have come up with a proven strategy to counteract those lustful thoughts (Talked about this on one of my podcast) when you feel like you wanna take on a few women. or take on another woman… Rub one off… see if you are still thinking about her 30 seconds after busting a nut.. if you are not, leave that woman alone… We all know we are most honest with ourself right after we nut… LOL just being honest

I just wanted to jot this blog down right quick. I'm new at this, but have always wanted to dibble and or dabble in blogging. This blog was a bit heavier material than I usually cover. but I'm trying to branch out a tad. LOL my uncle keeps telling me i need to do more than dick and pussy jokes… So ill let you in on what really is going on. Even thou Dick and Pussy are on the horizon.
